Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Ortsrandlage von Flaurling mitten im Grünen. Gartennutzung (Tisch, Stühle, Grill, Liegewiese,  Basketballkorb, Fußballtor) im Bereich der Gästewohnung. Zwei kostenlose Autoabstellplätze befinden sich vor dem Haus. Der Ort Telfs mit Kletterzentrum, Ganzjahres-Eishalle, Hallen- und Freischwimmbad sowie Sauna ist nur ca. 4 km entfernt. Die nächsten Skigebiete und die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck erreichen Sie in ca. 20 Autominuten.

The holiday apartment enjoys a quiet location outskirt of the village Flaurling in the open countryside. Relax in a part of the garden with sunbathing lawn, table, chairs and grill is possible. You also can use the basketball-basket and soccer goals. Two parking spaces in front of the house for free. The village Telfs with indoor climbing, all year ice rink, indoor- and outdoor swimming pool with sauna is only approx. 4 km away.  Renowned ski resorts and the the city of Innsbruck, which ist he capital of the state of Tyrl, is about 20 minutes by car away.
